Marc,

I have no words to express how deeply I feel for your loss.  Elsa is and always will be an angel of inspiration for me and I wish that I had the opportunity to spend more time with both you and Elsa.  I speak of Elsa often and always with warmth in my heart and a smile on my face.  This is what Elsa brought with her to each person she met - hope and love.  You are both in my prayers, take care of yourself.

Our Dearest Manny,

She's our loss too.  She was a beautiful person inside and out.  Her cheerful countenance, her generous spirit, her kindheartedness and good-nature.  There is nothing bad to say about her.  She was indeed a very special person.  And you definitely deserved each other for you are one special person yourself.  Your dedication, your selflessness, your affection towards her.  She could not have had a more supportive partner.  There is nothing anyone can say that can alleviate your pain and sorrow.  But please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.  And you have our love always.

Ever dearest Marc,

We are writing this to you with tears in our eyes and a very heavy heart.

We are all very sorry and saddened for your loss; our hearts ache for you a million times over.

Elsa was a very, very special lady with the biggest of hearts and one of the most beautiful souls that I have ever known.  The world is a better place because of her.  Her heart spoke out to everyone and her smile always lit up a room.  No matter how busy, how big a crowd, how big a room ... she would always find her way to us, to show her love.  I'll always remember her holding my hand while she spoke to me; she always made me feel as if I were the only one in the room.  I know her spirit will live on forever, in the abundance of love that she left with all of us, not always in quantity, but undoubtedly, with quality.

We understand that there is nothing that could help ease the pain of the loss of your dear Elsa.  Although we personally didn't see you often, we've always thought highly of the both of you, appreciated the strong bond you had with our parents and have always felt the great love they felt for you both.  Through the years, with all that you've done for them (and us), been through with them and have meant to them, you have always been considered family to us.  Please don't ever forget that.  We will always be here for you and are always just a phone call away, should there be anything (anything) you need.

Our hearts go out to you and your loved ones as we send the warmest of hugs your way.

I'm sure Dakota, alongside Chip (heading the line, of course) greeted her with open arms, wagging tails and hugs and kisses galore, when they met her at the bridge.  Imagine all the fun they're having right now as they playfully run into the sunset, without an ounce of pain and all the hope in the world.  They are in a better place. :)

With love,

Brian, Tess, Julian and Quinsy (our new Golden)

While we have tried to prepare ourselves, nothing is ever enough.  We share your sorrow, but also the joy both of you have shared with us.  We will always have fond memories to comfort us.  All of your dear friends here send their thoughts and prayers to you.  May the love you have shared comfort you, as it has us.

Sweet Elsa, with her generous spirit and enormous heart, touched our lives in a way we will never forget.  We grieve with you, Marc, and wish we could be there to offer you our love and friendship.  We will keep you in our prayers.  Much love.
